I'm looking for someone to sublet my bedroom while I’m away. The apartment is a cozy 3-bedroom on the Crown Heights / Bed-Stuy border, just a 5-minute walk from the Kingston-Throop C train (about 45 minutes to downtown Manhattan).

The room is a really nice size and fully furnished with a freestanding closet, chest of drawers, two desks, and a double bed. It’s at the back of the apartment, making it quiet and feeling private. Everything has been cleared out so you can settle in easily.

It's a small building with only two apartments and it's a second floor walk up. The apartment doesn't have a washer / dryer in unit but there are two laundromats less than a 5 minute walk away. You'd be sharing one bathroom with two room mates but this has never been an issue since I've lived there.

Available from October 1st - November 16th (flexible to start earlier and end later if helpful).

Rent: $1,075/month (all utilities included)

I’m a set designer originally from the UK and I’ve been living in this space for the last 4 years and I absolutely love it.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with two lovely room mates: a 28-year-old art gallery curator from Greece (F) and a 27-year-old master’s student from Brazil (F).

We’re hoping to find another female roommate who is tidy and considerate and looking for a creative, peaceful home.
