We'll share access to what is growing into an abundant backyard! Feel free to enjoy a few fresh picked veggies or herbs and enjoy the fire pit.
We've got wonderful neighbors who look out for each other, and the house is a leisurely walk, short bike ride or a 3-10 min drive from most restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores.
Having envisioned and refurbished this space upon relocating to Kingston five years ago, I've put a lot of love into this home and really enjoy sharing it with others. My partner and I live in the lower unit with our small pup, are very relaxed and quiet. We prefer a tranquil living environment, and the space for rent upstairs is best for folks who want the same.
Rental availability within the September 18th - December 31st period is flexible, with a 30-day minimum. Monthly rent is $3,000. Security deposit is $2,000. No pets, please.
