About This Lister
I am an artist and anthropologist who travels often and has filled the space with unusual finds. A creative exploratory spirit fills the space and adds to the charm. This is my little abode to come home to and share with special guests. Love to be able to go running and walking in the Botanical Gardens and Prospect Park!

Rate is $850 w/o utilities for two weeks. Pro-rated per day. Sublet agreement after a zoom meeting plus references. A security deposit is required to be returned if all is clean and nothing damaged. No pets are allowed. Two-week rental preferred but am flexible. Written Sublet agreement is required. Most preferred is entire time period. Also available approx. January 30-February 15, 2026
