I rent a beautiful, newly renovated house on a lovely palm-tree-lined street in the heart of West Adams.
It's an amazing central LA location where you can be on the 10 freeway in two minutes and at Kenneth Hahn State park in five.
Culver City is close, as is Baldwin Hills. You can jump on La Brea and get all the way up into WeHo, Fairfax, The Grove, Hollywood and beyond.
There are two bedrooms, one bathroom and a massive backyard including a lemon tree!
Your bedroom has lots of lovely natural light and a spacious built-in closet. The bedroom and closet are shown in the photos. It will ultimately be unfurnished when you move in.
The house has super-efficient splitters throughout for both AC and winter heat so utilities are good.
I work from the office Tuesday to Thursday and am tidy and quiet at home. I spend time with chosen family of friends outside of that.
