I am a creative looking to rent a furnished bedroom with shared kitchen and bathroom to a person who enjoys a peaceful, chill, and clean living space. Someone who will respect the apartment and downstairs guest while I am gone.

The bedroom is 200 sq ft with 18 ft ceilings, a queen sized Casper bed, closet, dresser, vanity/desk, projector and direct access to the private rooftop. The bedroom is situated on the second floor of the apartment. The rest of the apartment is on the first floor. The shared kitchen has a dishwasher and all the essentials to cook. The shared bathroom is spacious with a double sink, shower/bathtub, and storage.

The vibe of the home is neat and clean with a very relaxed atmosphere. Not bringing the party home, but enjoy having people over for a rooftop bbq once in a while.

The neighborhood is lively and has almost anything you need in walking distance. Fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, bars, parks, Barclay Center, Brooklyn Bride, etc. !

A less than 10 minute walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Barclay Center & 10 minute subway ride to NYC.

A few blocks to the Clinton-Washington Ave (C and A lines) & 7 Ave (Q and B lines) & Bergen Ave (2, 3, and 4 lines) subway stations. Citibikes are also a block away!

I am female creative, who partially works from home. I enjoy doing yoga or going for a run in Prospect Park to start my day. I cook every so often and spend my evenings out with friends or watching a movie at home.
