My lovely studio is available to sublet from July 21st until August 4th.
It’s located on the Upper East Side, 10 min walk from the MET and Central Park.
Right across from the Q train and a 5 min walk to Whole Foods, target, Equinox and 4-5-6 trains.

It’s a first floor walkup with a fully equipped kitchen. ( dishwasher, microwave, pots pans, nutriibullet…)

There is no washer dryer but the wash and fold is right next door at a good price.

WIFI and utilities all included in price.

It’s facing the back yard and is very peaceful. If you are looking for a cozy place to call home while exploring the City, this would be a good fit!

I have a yoga mat , meditation cushion and some Pilates accessories available as well for your wellness.

NO tv , no smoking, and no pets, sorry!
