The apartment is on the fourth floor of a walk-up in the East Village, in a quiet part of Alphabet City.
Close to Tompkins Square Park, and the Lower East Side.
Walking distance to Soho, Union Square, and the West Village.

Two big windows face South, it gets amazing natural light most of the day.

There’s an alcove that creates a separate sleeping area, with a large built-in closet and a sense of privacy that makes it feel more like a one-bedroom.

The apartment is furnished and well kept, with a mix of comfort and style. The kitchen has a full-sized fridge, gas stove, and oven, and there’s an island that separates it from the living area, making the whole space feel really warm and functional.

I have an A/C window unit which is more than enough during the hot New York summers; as well as a ceiling fan on top of the bed.

No pets allowed.

It’s a place I genuinely enjoy spending time in — peaceful, clean, and in a neighbourhood I love.

I’ll clear out some space for you but keep in mind it’s my home, so a few personal touches will remain. I’m just hoping to find someone who’ll take care of it while I’m away — ideally someone quiet and tidy, and if you don’t mind watering a few plants once a week, that’s a big plus!

The building itself is small and quiet. You’re just a short walk from Tompkins Square Park and surrounded by great cafes, bars, and restaurants — everything you could need is within easy reach, including groceries, buses, and the L/F/6 trains.
