The apartment is about 875 square feet and recently constructed featuring state-of-the-art appliances all in great working order. Bi-weekly cleaning (Tuesdays and Fridays) included in the fee, as well as utilities, including BT Premium TV package, landline, and high-speed wifi. Not to mention park views from every room-- bring only your clothes!

Note: the second single bedroom is currently set up as our toddler's room. We'd ideally like to rent to a family while we're away but open to moving the baby stuff into storage and leaving this room empty as a yoga room or a single bedroom or second office/bedroom.
