I am seeking a energetic, creative, bright, organized, stylish, proactive, loyal person who desires to support the growth of women in business to be my personal and marketing assistant. This should be someone who has a serious interest in building a career in marketing and in the area of women business development. This is a hybrid position - (2) half days in person. The rest remote. Starts as a part time / 15 hours a week position. The role initially will be a two month engagement to start immediately. With proven performance, the hourly will increase and intention is to go to monthly retainer.
In that this is a junior position of someone I am looking to grow with the business, the experience minimum is 3 employment years (with references) for the following.
The role involves both PA work here:
-Event coordination support
-Home organization support
-Helping with follow-up on meetings , writing and delivery of documents and presentations, spreadsheets
-Attending exclusive events and social clubs to support my networking . Limited travel.
-Organization of my email, documents, systems, tools
-Ability to keep things discreet
-Vendor/partner communications
-Dog walking
-Shopping support
As well as Jr. Digital Marketing work:
-Design and editing of video, graphic and audio content
-Social media management using management tools
-Content planning and management
-Email marketing including workflows, design , segmentation
-SMS marketing
-Search marketing support
-Preparing reports for my meetings
-Website content updates, limited design, limited development work on all platforms (shopify, wordpress,squarespace). Some experience needed on all.
-Social sales support - outreach on selected social channels, in discussion groups
