If you come to Los Angeles part of the month, or part of every week, and want a longterm place to call home when you're here, this could be a perfect fit. I have an adorable, cosy, bright, furnished bungalow in the heart of Silverlake. I used to live here, but now only looking to use the space part time as an office. The rest of the time it is perfect for you to use as an LA crash pad/second residence for when you need to be in town, at a very reduced rent for the area. My last tenant worked in Ojai three days a week and then called this apt her Los Angeles home the rest of the week. Something consistent like that is ideal, but opening to creating the arrangement together. A collaboratively conceived, urban time share that we would enter into for the year- but NOT a full time residence.

That said, because it is no longer my home, all the storage, closets, and shelves will be dedicated to you- as well as the bedroom. In addition there is a dining room, living room, kitchen, and a small backyard. Half a block from Blair’s and Broome Street Coffee in Silverlake. And couple blocks from the Silverlake Resevoir and the Gelson’s/Magpie/Crossroads shopping areas. Street parking available on our block.
