I’m an art & design-loving experience consultant who has called Brooklyn home for almost 10 years. Interests include cooking, Pilates, museums, and urban forestry.
I will be abroad for the duration of your stay, but I will have friends/family around should an emergency arise who can act on behalf of me in apartment matters.
I am a tenant, so this will be a temporary occupancy agreement, and the agreement will reflect those terms.
Current tenant
Ideally you will be able to provide a couple of references, and I will provide an occupancy agreement for you to sign.
I also will require a $500 security deposit. For short stays, the rent should be paid up front.
I will be available in onsite to show it until the rental period, but otherwise happy to have a video call to meet and discuss.
