my 1 bedroom apt in the heart of dimes square is filled w plants + art + love. it features a back bedroom w the bed facing out to the patio + is very quiet. the front room features a projector + cuddle pad that fits 8. its a half block to the east broadway F station, and 5 minutes to literally 100's of restaurants. the dinner table seats 6-8, and the elevator opens onto the unit. there's an in-unit washer/dryer + espresso machine + state of the art speakers. the space is ideal for 1-2 residents, and isnt good for kids. pls only inquire if the $175/night is in your budget, and you're interested in staying for 3 weeks or more. in a perfect world, you'd be willing to water the plants weekly 🪴
