The Way Out House, the next showboat from The Agrarian Home design duo, is a popular tiny home that is now preferring longer-term rentals this winter, anywhere from two weeks to four months, January through April or May. (This post is listed as just January to be able to share the info with flexibility.)
It shares a property with The Highview Cabin by the same team, and is on a quaint private road in The Woodland Valley, one of the jewels of the Catskills, and the fly fishing capital of the country. You’re welcome to its laundry facilities and panoramic barrel sauna on the porch.
Two bed options; a kitchen with fridge, air fryer, coffee station and all eating ware; TV with streaming, records, books, and a cozy faux-woodburning stove with remote; a magazine-featured modern bathroom with heated slate flooring and a soaking tub.
Let 2026 be the year you finally spend weeks or months in the woods to finish that passion project you’ve been putting off.
We are The Agrarian Home, a design duo in Brooklyn and Upstate New York.
ID verification and payment upfront, but minus those crazy fees.
The tiny home usually rents for between $250-$350/night, but we’ve deeply discounted for longer stays.
Hypoallergenic dogs will be considered, thanks!
