Private/Duet sessions (on a case by case basis) tailored specifically to you and your goals and in alignment with your health care professional's guidance. Imagine me as just another member of your care team.

I have a shared space available at a location in Long Island City. I can also come to you!

I am offering Mat Pilates sessions. Should you have access to a Reformer and would like to use one for our sessions, this is possible! (we will discuss how this shifts pricing, etc. ) Please note however, that our first session will be Mat Pilates.

About this Lister

I'm a writer, dancer, choreographer and of course, a pilates instructor! I started pilates at 10 years old and have been embodying this practice ever since. I have taught pilates to clients from ages 6 years old-70+. My certification is "physical therapist approved" and I approach pilates as both rehabilitation and whole-body strengthening.

Pre and postnatal pilates is a long standing passion. I approach it as a whole person endeavor and have educated myself on the many birth stories, carrying experiences and diverse family dynamics that are important to supporting your journey.

Important note:
I received my Pre and Postnatal Certification Summer 2025. However, prior to my certification I worked as an apprentice with 2 private pre and post natal clients on a recurring basis. Though I am newly certified, I have prior experience that is putting you in very safe hands. I just like to be as transparent as possible to start our journey on the right foot.
