I am renting my simple yet cozy 1 bedroom apartment in Sunnyside , Queens. Located on the first floor of a prewar brick building on the south side of the trestle - 8 min walk from the 46th st-Bliss St 7 train station.

A little about the space. The place is fully furnished as listed in the photos. I recently converted the bedroom section of the apartment into my painting studio, which is now mostly empty due to all of my work being recently shipped to London. This room can be used as you wish , storage , etc. Though, please respect the space.

Your “bedroom” is situated as more of a studio apartment setup. The Roku TV can be used with your own subscriptions. There is lots of natural light in the space, especially in the morning, as the eastern light will shine right in.

Kitchen is fully equipped with newly installed countertop made by me, stove, and pour over coffee chemex.

Wi-fi, Gas, and electric are included in your price. No pets allowed.
