Love living with a dog but not owning one? Looking for a private bedroom with air con, a private bathroom, a massive closet, king bed, in unit laundry, and your own TV ( in your room) and two super kind/tolerant and very clean femme identifying roommates who don't get in your way?
We are a gaggle of individuals living in a awesome apartment by Trader Joes. New York can be a lonely place, we all lived solo but preferred more of community living situation with boundaries and privacy. We all live very separate lives but live together very cohesively.
We have 3 bedrooms, two roommates share the bathroom off the kitchen, and frequently use the TV area in the main room but the Primary Bedroom has a king bed, a massive closet and private bathroom, comfortable chair and your own TV, and this will be open Come November. Option to extend your time in the room if its the right fit.
Dishwasher in unit. Bidet also provided.

I am a Birth Doula with a dog. I am very quiet but am frequently in the apartment, and our third roommate works 9-5 M-F and is away most weekends.

We ask that you are kind, mindful of your energy and respectful of the space. Everyone who has lived here has signed a roommate agreement that sets up boundaries so the living situation can be cohesive for all and a success.
We will ask for a security deposit and the first months rent before you move in.
If it seems like a match, we will introduce you to the current tenants to make sure its a cohesive living match.
Option to extend if absolutely available.
