My roommate (24-year-old male) is a longtime friend and occupies the bedroom on the lower level (basement), which has its own private bedroom, bathroom, and entrance. My roommate is kind, courteous, and quiet, and he works a hybrid consulting job. Because the apartment is two floors, both tenants have excellent privacy.

The lease expires on July 31, 2026. My roommate and I each pay $2000/month. I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease. Utilities and internet are around $120-150/month per person.
