Hi! I'm Alexandra, an artist who also works in policy and advocacy. I divide my time between Los Angeles and Washington, D.C. So far, Atwater has been my favorite LA neighborhood—I love biking along the river, hiking in Griffith Park, and being able to walk to nearly everything I need. I moved to LA from NY and think of Atwater as the Greenpoint of LA.

I’m looking for a like-minded, responsible, communicative, and tidy tenant for my cozy treehouse apartment. The ideal renter is respectful of both the space and the neighbors below, and can periodically care for the houseplants and yard. This is a large two-bedroom unit that you’ll have to yourself. I am keeping my bedroom for storage, as I return to LA periodically. The rental term is flexible, with an option to extend.
