This apartment is on the 1st floor of a 3--story building right on 7th avenue in the coveted neighborhood of Park Slope (north, if that matters to you!) in Brooklyn. It is just 2 avenues away from Prospect Park, and 2 streets from the 7th Avenue F/G train stop. You have easy access to dozens of restaurants, pharmacies and delis (with a bountiful Mr. Lime a street away), are just a block away from the Brooklyn Public Library Park Slope branch. The apartment itself was renovated prior to the current tenants moving in in 2023, and has relatively new appliances, including a large fridge, a dual washer-dryer machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave. It also boasts a fair amount of closet space for each of the bedrooms. For USD 1,800/monthly, you will be renting out TWO rooms (circled in the layout). Please note that one of the rooms does not have a window. The current tenant uses one room as the bedroom and the other as an office/art studio.
