Share my Inwood apartment in Upper Manhattan. Shared bathroom, large living room, small kitchen. Wi-fi and electricity, AC included. Room is furnished, and has two closets, Across the street from Ft. Tryon Park which has great walking and running paths. Three blocks from the A train and five blocks to #1 subway. The apartment is on the sixth floor. There is an elevator and laundry in the basement. There are supermarkets nearby and a bunch of restaurants on Dyckman Street.

I'm a mature person, AKA over 60 years old, but I get along with people of all ages. I share the space with a big friendly cat named Othello, so please be cat-positive. Rental requirements
One months rent and a month’s security deposit required to move in. I ask for proof of income and references. I also have a rental agreement that I ask you to read and sign. Ideally, I am looking for someone long-term who will make this their home.
I'll be showing the room by appointment on Saturday and Sunday.
