The larger bedroom in back has a queen bed, desk area and walk-in-closet. The smaller bedroom in front has a twin bed which can easily be swapped out for a queen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and bathroom has a really pretty marble floor. There’s laundry in the basement (9 washers and 10 dryers) and a shared roof deck with dining and lounge areas and spectacular 360 degree views of the city. $5800/month sublet fee includes everything - electricity, gas, WiFi. There’s no cable but you can stream any of your own content providers on our smart tv. Apartment comes with linens, towels and fully outfitted kitchen. Just show up with your suitcases to enjoy all that downtown NYC has to offer.

Situated across from Friends’ Seminary (google for location), there are two gorgeous parks on the end of the block flanking second avenue and Union Square park in just 2 blocks away.

Rental requirements

The building is a Co-Op so board approval is required (submitting 2 yrs tax returns, letters of reference etc…) as is a one year term. However we can structure the lease that after 6 months, the lease converts to month-to-month. I’m sorry, but the apartment is NOT available for short term leasing. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required.

Pets Policy

Dogs are fine on a case by case basis. We're allergic to cats so they're a no-go (sorry).
