Looking to sublet my apartment for January 31 - February 23rd. Open to segmented stays so feel free to ask (Also I'm in and out of the city and my February travel is likely to extend so feel free to ask about additional dates).
The apartment is a large (1,000 sf) fully furnished 1 bedroom, in a very desired location between two parks (2 blocks from McCarren Park and 3 blocks from McGolrick Park) on the border of Williamsburg, steps away from a plethora of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, venues, etc.
Full kitchen with dining table and tons of cooking supplies Smeg toaster, Wusthof knives, Fellow Stagg Kettle, Le Creuset cookware, stove vent, LifeStraw Water filter pitcher, etc.). There is plenty of natural light, books, and plants! The shower has a top of the line water filtration system. The laundry is one block away, also a clean/green pick-up and delivery service option with dry cleaning.

-Located 6-minute walk from the Nassau Ave G train and 11-minute walk to the L, Citi bikes 1 block, a bus stop on the block too.

-Two ACs on each side of home / radiator heating is adjustable (very toasty)
The living room includes a Samsung TV with many streaming services (Criterion Collection, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime & additional cable). I also have a rowing machine you're more than welcome to use.
Looking for someone who will respect my home and personal belongings. I've had some wonderful subletters from LP and hope to keep that up! No families or large pets, please.
