Room Details: Includes central heating, but no central A/C vent. (Note: I currently have a highly-rated Midea U-shape window A/C unit installed, which I am willing to sell at a discounted price.). Your closet is in the main room, and it’s very large, it extends back pretty far for extra storage space.

The Roommates: Three male professionals (software) in their mid-20s, all friends from Georgia Tech or UT. We are clean, hard-working, but occasionally host parties in this amazing space.
