I'm in NYC and looking for great folks to enjoy my beautiful house for 6 months+.

Ideal location, walkable to absolutely everything: local faves like Little Dom's, All Time, Alcove, Farfalla, Mustard Seed, Messhall, Maru, Bru, Skylight Books, Los Feliz 3; Griffith Park and amazing hikes; The Greek, Vermont Canyon Tennis, Roosevelt Golf Course; and every convenience, including grocery store, health food store, pharmacy, post office, liquor store, locksmith, shoe repair, nail salon, car wash...and on and on.

The house is 4 bedrooms/3 full baths, (not including the big bonus room/office above the garage), but I'm listing it as a 3BR/2 bath for the convenience of locking off my bedroom suite.

The house is very special -- sun-filled, airy, peaceful and homey. It's a great creative space for artists.
