About This Lister

I have been living in this apartment since 2021, I love the space and the neighborhood. It’s centrally located to everything that NYC has to offer and I have great neighbors. The building is friendly and well taken care of.

I travel often for work and my daughter manages the property for me while I’m away. She will also be doing the showings and taking care of any of your needs while you’re living in the apartment as she is local.
