Rent my cozy 1-bedroom apartment, right on McCarren Park, just a 10 minute walk to the Lorimer L/Metropolitan G station. The apartment is surrounded by endless coffee shops, restaurants, markets, vintage shops, wine bars, and pretty much anything else you're looking for!

The apartment includes:
- A stocked, modern kitchen for all your cooking needs, including a dishwasher
- A workstation for anyone working remote
- In-unit washer / dryer combo
- Doormen on duty 8am - 10pm weekdays and 10am - 6pm weekends
- The building has a shared, second floor patio with great grills, when you get a warm day

Bonus (and maybe the best part!): I have a very lovable cat who will be here during your stay. She's incredibly friendly, low-maintenance, and loves to snuggle. If you're planning any side trips during your stay, she can be left for short periods of time. Otherwise, there's nothing intense — just feeding, cleaning her litter, and lots of pets.

Open to partial stays, but will prioritize longer durations. Please specify the duration of the stay you're looking for when you reach out and any experience you have with cats.
