We are are a creative couple subletting our apartment for January from Jan 1-31st, potentially longer, dates are somewhat flexible.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a classic nyc lower east style pre war building, with lovely neighbors and close to everything.

1 bedroom, with nice sunlight and super quiet because the apartment is in the back of the building that faces a park (!)

Seperate living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The apartment comes furnished, price includes utilities / fast wifi, is completely private and you will have plenty of space to store your items while you stay.

The apartment is well appointed for anyone looking to live like a true New Yorker.

Down the street is my favorite bakery Super Moon Bakehouse.
