The house is a bit bigger than 1000 sq feet. Large, covered front porch and a hardwood back deck with a gas grill and a peekaboo view of the bay. Private, gated, fully enclosed (small) lawn.

We have a studio office in the back that will be locked.

No pets are allowed and we allow a maximum of 2 people.

Located in the Piedmont Avenue neighborhood in short walking distance to Rockridge, Temescal and Piedmont. We have a walk score of essentially 100% with markets, restaurants, shops, movie theater, coffee shops (a Blue Bottle around the corner in pictures) and hospitals all in easy walking distance. Quiet neighborhood with lovely neighbors.

Looking for an individual or couple to enjoy our space. We have a cat that will be away unless you would like a rental discount and want to offer cat care!
