I am subletting my studio in Williamsburg I have had for 18 years. It is a very quiet building with mostly painting studios. The footprint of the space is 290 sq. ft. with 16 ft. ceiling, and it has a loft space of 112 sq ft. where you can comfortably stand as you can see in the pics. It has a storage space on the floor level.
It has a skylight which means lost of wall space.
I am subleting it for $1,000 a month and it includes utilities such as electricity, wifi and trash. It is a great space to focus and get work done.
The studio is located on the top 2nd floor and it has 24 hr. access and freight elevator. There is a comon bathroom and slop sink in the hallway. There is also access to a big roof (see pics) where you can step out for a break when needed. The building is 7 min walk from the Graham L train stop, across the street from Cooper Park.

If interested I would ask for first and last month rent upfront and $500 deposit which will be returned to you at the end of the sublease all written in a sublease agreement. The sublease dates are starting August 1-March 1 with a chance of extending it if needed. We can discuss further if interested.
