Unfortunately giving up my private studio at One Eyed Studios (Rockella Space) in Ridgewood, Queens. An unexpected move abroad is pulling me away from a space I was really happy to have found. Looking for someone to take over the remaining six months of my lease starting May 1, with the option to renew annually.

155 sqft on the second floor with polished concrete floors and a high window connected to the building's skylight atrium - consistent natural light without losing any wall space below it. The studio comes set up and ready to work in: two large industrial shelving units, a stainless steel worktable, an office chair, a full-length standing mirror, a ladder, and basic supplies. One-time $300 for everything as-is (firm).

The building is a 190-studio creative community with 24/7 access, on-site management, and security. WiFi, heat/AC, and electricity are all included in the $770/month rent. Shared amenities include a lounge, kitchenette, conference room, slop sink on the floor, mailroom, and freight elevator. Clean, nontoxic work only - no spray paint or solvents. Commercial liability insurance is required (about $20/month).
