Seeking roommate to join lease in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Prime Greenpoint a few blocks from the Nassau G station. Dishwasher in the kitchen but no laundry (several laundromats are a few blocks away). The apartment is a really good size with lots of closet space and storage.

Price: $2,100 (We’re currently negotiating the increase with our landlord)

We don’t have set rules but generally everyone is respectful of schedules - totally fine to have a bf/gf or the occasional friend stay over with advance notice but no long-term guests.

We have a very quiet and cute Russian Blue kitty but she prefers to be solo so unfortunately we can’t take any more pets but you must be OK with her as she was here first.
