Hi! Looking for a housemate to share my large 3bd/2 bath house in Silver Lake. I’ve lived here for 4 years and can't imagine leaving -- the house is spacious, the location is great, and the views and sunsets are stunning.

You’ll have your own room and bathroom and bonus/office space. The bedroom is large with windows on three sides, built in shelves, large closet, wood paneled ceiling, and bathroom next door with tub. Long, narrow bonus room with sizable closet would work well as an office. Previously used as a music studio.

The house also has a big kitchen w dishwasher, separate dining and living rooms, front patio area with lemon tree, porch off the kitchen with mountain views, washer/dryer in unit, and garage for storage. Easy street parking (no street sweeping).

House is tucked away in a quiet, close-knit neighborhood. Walking distance from the reservoir, LaMill, L&E on Silver Lake Blvd, as well as Bodega Park, Azizam, etc on Sunset.

Your spaces will be unfurnished. The common areas are largely set up but happy to work together on that. I'm always thinking about how to improve the space and would appreciate a housemate also interested in design.

Looking for someone who is considerate, clean, and friendly. And importantly, someone who enjoys living with a dog! I have a very sweet, but shy, 30 lb mutt named Birdie :))
