Hi, I am looking to sublet my room for the month of August, with the potential to join the lease when it renews in September. It is a spacious bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and 2 closets, facing Prospect Park.

I have lived here for 5 years and have absolutely loved it. I share the apartment with 3 wonderful roommates (2 in grad school and 1 working full-time). The building has elevators and laundry and is a 3 min walk to the B/Q subway lines.
