My name is Madeline, I am originally from the Pacific Northwest and have been living in New York for 3 years. I love to travel and imbue the flavors of new places I go into my food and also make things that make people feel good but also feel festive! I am a very social person and really enjoy this work because it allows me to connect with other people and bring to life a vision that someone has.

Background and Expertise

I have been working in the food industry for essentially my entire working life. I have been the head chef of a cafe in Seattle, where I put on specialty ticketed dinners and ran day to day operations. We made everything in house, down to our vegan mayonnaise, and I take pride in doing things from scratch. I have been running my own business for a few years now, and trying to build up my New York cliental.
