This apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building with a door directly to the outside via stairs, no interior hallways or elevator. Neighbors are friendly 30s/40s professionals, some with young children and everyone is respectful and considerate in terms of not being too loud, no loud music or instruments, and TV at low volumes. You walk into the living room and dining room from the front door, beyond the dining room is the kitchen with a pocket door for insulation (cold or hot air to keep in the kitchen or cooking smells!), then from the living room there is a hallway with closest, bedroom is on one end and bathroom on the other.
