The true magic is in the outdoor space. Completely gated and obstructed from neighbors yet in the middle of everything. A mature tangelo tree offers gorgeous fruit when in season while the covered al fresco dining area is the perfect spot for small dinner parties and casual brunches.

Please note: There is no off street parking provided but the area offers easy street parking and access to public transportation including the metro bus and subway (yes-- LA has a subway).
Also, there is no door separating the living room from the bedroom. I could have put a barn door up but like... I decided otherwise.

Hi! My name is Tatiana (she/her) and I am an LA based artist, home stager, and real estate agent. I lived in the front house in the front house for 8 years. The current tenant in the front house is pretty low key. I'd love another low-key tenant for the back house.
I grew up with an artist mother in Woodstock, NY so I have a great appreciation for beauty. Creating beautiful living spaces is one of my passions.

Pets Policy
Dogs will be considered on a case by case basis for an additional fee. All dogs must be registered and up to date on all vaccines. Owners must show proof of liability insurance (through your homeowners insurance and / or renters insurance). Dogs must be on leash when walking through shared space on the property.
Note: I have a dog that lives with me in the front house. You will walk by the gate to my back yard to get to your space. Also, one of the next door neighbors has a dog.
