The 750-square-foot stand-alone cottage is set back on the property with privacy in mind. Original hardwood floors, an abundance of large arched windows, and other original architectural details prevail. There is a view to the Hollywood Sign and beyond. The cottage has a rear patio that backs to Elysian Park.

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, lounge chairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted smart TV.

The dining room has a sunny window seat, a dining/work table.

One bedroom has a queen bed, a dresser, and a reading chair.

The second bedroom is set up as an office and a snug with a daybed.

Central heat and AC will keep you comfortable in any season.

The bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

A vintage kitchen with a separate laundry room covers all of your needs. Linens and kitchen basics are all provided.

The kitchen appliances include: a vintage O'Keeffe Merritt stove, a microwave, a toaster, pots and pans, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and coffee maker.

About This Lister

My husband and I are SoCal natives, our roots are deeply set in the region. He is an architect and I am a landscape painter. Both of us are avid hikers and cyclists. We love international travel, camping adventures and local excursions.

We own the property and live in the home next door to the guest house. We are always available if you need anything. We are quiet neighbors and respectful of the privacy of guests.
