Seeking quiet person to share one of 3 penthouses in a luxury high-rise with 200 units. Offering unparalleled privacy for an apartment share, the generously proportioned primary bedroom (guest room) features a Bear mattress and bed frame, blond wood bookcase, high ceiling and lovely natural light from its 22nd-floor South exposure, with indoor air freshened by a Molekule purifier. No smoking.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, walk-in closet, and terrace with glorious view to the East River. One flight of stairs up to the roof for 360 views of the City, perfect for viewing sunrises/sunsets, fireworks displays, plus a front row spot to watch the annual NYC Marathon.

Located in the heart of the charming Upper East Side, the high-rise is very secure, with a 24/7 doorman, laundry in the basement, and cameras in the elevators, lobby, and basement. Light housekeeping (bathroom cleaned, towels/bedding laundered and changed) cheerfully provided at no charge. You’ll have access to the spacious kitchen and living room, as well as the larger terrace that wraps around the apartment, cozily furnished with cushioned outdoor seating and tables.

I’m an art journalist, home health aide, and caterer’s/chef’s assistant with one gentle and very friendly dog (he does not have access to the guest room, but is always available for therapeutic pets, or not, as preferred).
