Hi, my name is Layke, I’m looking for someone to move into my 2nd bedroom. It’s in a 2 bed, 1.5 bath, 2 story apartment with a little patio in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The room is $1900 + utilities. October 1st, 2025 move in. 11 month lease, then option to renew for a 12 month lease.

The apartment has a private entrance that is gated, and a second entrance through the main building. Laundry is in the basement. The apartment is mostly furnished, with an A/C unit on the ground floor. It’s off the L train at Morgan + JMZ train at Myrtle Broadway + B60 & B57 buses, 2 citibike racks, 5 minute walk to Maria Hernandez Park and 10 minute walk to Williamsburg.

The room itself is 150 sq feet with 2 large windows for the best natural light in the apartment. It faces the backyard. It has a small closet with a shelf and the room is freshly painted. It comes with an A/C unit. You also have a “New York Balcony” aka a fire escape large enough to make a little reading nook. The room can come furnished or unfurnished.

I work from home, I’m really easy to live with and would like the same.
