We have a private room available in our spacious Miracle Mile apartment starting on July 16th! The room faces the backyard and has an attached bathroom that is shared with one of the housemates. The unit is the bottom floor of a duplex and shared with two quiet, professional men in their 30s. It features a large kitchen, dining room, and family room; central air, in-unit washer and dryer, and easy parking.

The unit is on a quiet street mere blocks from LACMA and the Academy Museum and a short walk to The Grove. It's in the heart of Los Angeles with easy access to main thoroughfares and a quick drive to the 10 Freeway.

We're looking for somebody to stay for 6-12 months with a possibility for longer - the $1400 monthly rent does not include utilities, which are typically less than $200/month. No pets allowed.
