My Girlfriend (29) and I (34) are renting out our downstairs bedroom that comes with its own private bath and living area. It’s fully furnished and well connected for commuting (M, J, L trains). Your only shared living space would be the kitchen upstairs. Additionally, you have access to the in unit washer/dryer, and backyard. Our home is on the edge of Bushwick with great bars, cafes, and restaurants around.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to sublet for 7months (November-September). The sublease can always be extended. September is when our lease has to be renewed.

We mostly like to live wholesome lives. We rarely party and we never bring the party home. We like to host some small gatherings here and there, for a small dinner, or a bigger gathering for a barbecue out in the backyard.
