The bedroom is fairly large, room for queen bed, night stand, desk and sizable closet. The room has tons of natural light and a beautiful view of the Verdugo mountains. Bathroom is shared.

Common spaces are large, comfortable, and kept clean/tidy. The kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything an amateur chef could need, as well as new appliances after recent renovation (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, gas range, microwave). There is a washer and dryer available in the garage. House has central AC/Heat, although I try to only use them when necessary.

This home is a short walk from Honolulu Avenue, with tons of stores and restaurants. Also an equally close walk to trader joes. Very close to hiking/biking trails as well.

The house has a great backyard with a shade covered and lit outdoor table, with a gas grill for all of your BBQ needs.
