- Beautiful converted pre-war mansion - apt is a 3rd floor walk up / laundry in building (washing free, dryer $1) / bike storage possible in basement / packages are delivered inside, office can often sign for you / solid building so never really hear neighbors and have never had noise complaints directed at me
Timeline:
- Earliest move-in June 13
- Broadly looking for long-term but open to short-term, can discuss timeline

- Brooklyn Heights - quiet, residential brownstone historic neighborhood with tons of families, apt is 2 blocks from the promenade which has gorgeous views of the city and makes for lovely strolls at any time. Some great restaurants within a few blocks, 4 grocery stores within a 1 block radius, Trader Joes <10 min walk.
- R, 2/3, 4/5, A, C, F all between 2-10 min walk
- Located on Remsen St between Henry and Clinton

- No gender preference, just looking for a kind, stable, clean and respectful person!
- Ideally, you have a hybrid or in-office work schedule and are communicative and easygoing with a fun sense of humor! I do value alone time and would respect yours as well, but it would be great to have the kind of friendly relationship where we can spend time together in the common areas watching TV, cooking, etc.
- I have friends over to visit for dinner, board games or watch parties now and then (usually not more than 1-3 people at a time) and don't mind you doing the same or have someone visit occasionally.
