We have a room opening in our cozy 3-bedroom Bushwick apartment! It’s right off the Central Ave M (3 min walk) and Dekalb Ave L (10 min walk) and 3-story walkup, but quite easy and manageable. We’re looking for someone to sign a new lease with us by June 30th for an August 1st (latest) move in. Earlier moves in dates are negotiable. The room furniture seen in the pictures can also be negotiated for sale.
Your roommates will be two women in their late 20s/early 30s who are calm and respectful. Ideally, you will also be a woman in that age range. One roommate mostly works from home in the art business and the other works in person in fashion.
We’ve put a lot of love in our apartment and like to make it a welcoming and cozy space. While everyone has different schedules, we also like watching Bravo together, having a glass of wine and sharing dinners, hitting up yoga/pilates classes, and enjoying events around the neighborhood. I work in fashion as a stylist mostly working in the city during the week. I love art, fashion, music, cooking and finding new adventures around the neighborhood. A typical Sunday is getting a coffee and bagel from Knickerbocker up the street and doing some thrifting!

My other roommate Helen works in the Art field at Arta and enjoys collecting art pieces, going to concerts, also loves thrifting and always down for a night in of take out and netflix! We are both very chill to live with, love our independence and alone time but also enjoy hanging out and making drinks and watching a trashy reality show from time to time.
