A private room is available for month to month rental, part of a large space occupied by an artist community active since 1989, called 231 Maujer. It is wheelchair accessible, on ground floor of a 4-story building. Room has window that looks over interior public space, fresh air is pumped continuously from outside. The whole place has recently been renovated and is up to NYC code. There is a well-equipped kitchen and two bathrooms, one with bathtub, another with shower. The space is quiet and clean. Artists working on stuff. Wi-fi, of course.
