📄 Lease Details
The lease takeover runs until August 1st, after which it continues month-to-month — a very flexible and highly desirable setup in Los Angeles.

💰 Rent: $1750/month

💳 Deposit / July Arrangement:
The $1,750 deposit corresponds to one month of rent (July), which has already been paid in advance.
The incoming tenant essentially pays this amount as reimbursement for that prepaid month, meaning July is already covered and does not require an additional rent payment.

💡 Standard deposit is $2,000 — I am waiving $250 to make the transition easier.
Payment can also be spread over 3 months if needed.
