The room is a large private bedroom, approximately 13' x 12', with tall ceilings, two large windows that let in tons of sunshine, and a mirrored wardrobe set and bookshelf included. Unfurnished — bring your own bed and furniture.

The apartment is a duplex unit on the first and ground floor of a classic Brooklyn brick row house. Huge kitchen — feels like a house, not a NYC apartment. Two full bathrooms, in-unit laundry (Samsung washer and dryer), dishwasher, full suite of kitchen appliances, a full backyard/patio accessible only to our unit, and a large living room with pantry and extra storage space.

Location: Hugged by two wonderful neighborhoods — Park Slope and Carroll Gardens. Tons of restaurants, shops, and things to do within a 10-minute walk. 20-minute walk to Prospect Park. 7-minute walk to Whole Foods. 4-minute walk to the R train at Union Street (literally one block away), 12-minute walk to F and G trains.

Rent is $1,850/month, not including utilities (which are never more than about $50 per person for electric and wifi).
