The room itself has a comfortable, hotel-style feel and can accommodate either a full-size bed with a small desk or a queen-size bed without a desk, depending on your setup.
Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen and a welcoming living room, with a washer and dryer conveniently located in the building’s basement.
The neighborhood offers a variety of conveniences within walking distance, including grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, pharmacies, urgent care facilities, and other essential services.

The landlord requires a non-refundable $20 fee for a background check. Applicants must have an income of at least 40× the rent and a credit report with no history of late payments.
If approved, you’ll need to pay a security deposit equal to one month’s rent, plus the first month’s rent. After that, you’ll be added to the lease.
You’ll be taking over my lease until February, with the option to renew annually.
The room will be ready for move-in on October 1st.
