Please note that the house has stairs and no elevator, so it may not be suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The kitchen, living room and a large rooftop terrace are shared.
The common areas are spacious and easy to share, allowing both connection and personal space.
The house includes Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine.
From the terrace there are wide open views over the rooftops of Ciutadella, the port and the sea, and on clear days, Mallorca on the horizon.
It’s a place to pause, breathe, read, or enjoy the light at different moments of the day.
The house is cared for with attention and presence.

Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafés, local markets and the port.
Best suited for mid-term stays (one to four months).
