Hi! We're looking to rent out the basement studio apartment in our building.

This is a 750 square foot basement studio in a three-story house in Williamsburg, two blocks from the Lorimer L subway station.

The studio (and its bathroom) were recently renovated, with brand-new kitchen appliances put in. There is a washer and dryer in-unit and it will come unfurnished.

The first-floor tenants have a deck that is connected to their apartment. The larger backyard belongs to us, but we’d be thrilled to share it with whoever moves in. If you ever need it for a gathering, we would just ask for notice ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

We are the owners and we live in the two-family house; we are renting the downstairs apartment out. We are very laidback and are looking for responsible tenants. It's a lovely space, and we are just looking for good people to fill it.
